Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortillas topped with whipped cream.

Perfect for leftover tortillas or when you want a crunchy sweet snack.   Excellent alone or with scoops of ice cream.  I like to dip them in a mixture of unsweetened crushed pineapples and real whipped cream (chilled).

Could this recipe also be done using a microwave oven? I realize you won’t get any ‘browning’. Also, would the microwave possible do something weird to the tortillas?
