When I need a quick dessert for dinner or feel a need to satisfy my sweet tooth, I’ll make this treat. It’s a thick layer of seasoned apples in a golden brown pie crust. Instead of a top crust, I top with real whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Although I love a homemade-from-scratch-pie, I also love using store-bought ingredients like those used in this recipe. Why? Quick and easy to make and tastes great!
