- 1 container (1.5 quarts) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cans (20 ounces) pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
- NOTE: Chill drained pineapple juice and enjoy later.
For a single serving, place desired amount of ice cream in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons (or more) of drained pineapple chunks or tidbits. Serve immediately.
For a large dessert serving 8 individuals, empty ice cream in a large bowl. Stir in drained pineapple chunks or tidbits. Chill 1 hour before serving.
