Cornbread Chili Dog Sandwich
This sandwich is my twist on the classic chili dog and corn dog. It contains hotdogs, chili and shredded cheddar cheese sandwiched between two cornbread flapjacks. Serve as a main for lunch or dinner. Pairs well with coleslaw, fries and potato chips. Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com.

Ingredients
- 12 each flapjacks (small-medium sized) sse Stove Top Cornbread recipe
- 12 hotdogs hotdogs boiled, fried or grilled
- 2 cups homemade chili or use canned chili
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Use more or less as preferred.
Instructions
- Place one warm flapjack in 6 different plates (or use bowls). Top each flapjack with two warm/sliced hotdogs.
- Add preferred amounts of chili and cheddar cheese. Top with flapjack.
- Serve hot.
