Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Rinse frozen brussels sprouts. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Cut each sprout in half. Arrange in one layer in a large ungreased baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Roast in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven. Flip over.
  • Roast 10 to 12 additional minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot.
