Homegirl's Tuna Salad

- 1 can (5 ounces) chunk light tuna packed in water Drained.
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
- 2-1/2 tablespoons sweet salad cubes
- 2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Thoroughly drain "chunk light tuna" before placing in a medium-sized bowl. Stir with a fork to separate chunks into small pieces.
Add all remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately. Or place in lidded container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Serving Suggestion (Optional): Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
