- 2 quarts lime sherbet frozen
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapples in juice drained
- 2 limes Key Limes or Persian Limes
- crushed ice optional
In a medium-sized container, combine lime sherbet and crushed pineapples (drained). Save the pineapple juice for later use or drink it.
Squeeze 1/2 of one lime into mixture. Stir well. Taste. Squeeze second half if desired. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Or, serve immediately over crushed ice.
Slice second lime. Use slices to garnish each serving.
