Homegirl's Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) chunk light tuna packed in water Drained.
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons sweet salad cubes
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Thoroughly drain "chunk light tuna" before placing in a medium-sized bowl. Stir with a fork to separate chunks into small pieces.
  • Add all remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately. Or place in lidded container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Enjoy from a bowl or slathered on your favorite toasted bread.
  • Serving Suggestion (Optional): Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
