Chili powder contains cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and paprika. Ingredients are easily adjusted to get the desired flavor. I like it with or without garlic powder.Â
The last time I used store bought chili powder, it was too strong. So, I decided to make my own. I searched online and discovered a simple blend of flavorful ingredients on AllRecipes.com.
It received several positive reviews. I made a few adjustments.  Added smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Delicious results. This homemade chili powder is excellent in chili, burgers and tacos.
