This satisfying cold dessert is a delicious combination of two store-bought ingredients. The recipe is from my very creative imaginaion. I like adding fruit, crumbled cookies, and crumbled cake to store-bought ice cream. Each dish is always good!
Recently after mowing the lawn on a HOT summer’s day, I felt inspired to combine some canned pineapple chunks (juice drained) with cold vanilla ice cream. Glad I did. It was super refreshing. I chilled the pineapple juice and sipped it later with dinner.
