Smooth Hard Boiled Eggs

Instructions
4 Smooth Hard Boiled Eggs
  1. Carefully place eggs in bottom of medium sized saucepan.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Season with salt and apple cider vinegar (or white distilled vinegar).
  4. Simmer over high heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat.
  6. Use slotted spoon to remove each egg from hot water.
  7. Place each hard boiled egg in bowl of cold water filled with ice cubes.
  8. Leave on counter OR place uncovered in refrigerator (not freezer) for at least 20 minutes.
  9. Lightly tap eggs on flat surface for less shell shatter. Avoid tapping on side of bowl, cup or glass.
  10. Gently peel away eggshells.
  11. Rinse each Smooth Hard Boiled Egg with cold water.
  12. Serve immediately or place in container and tightly seal lid. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
12 Smooth Hard Boiled Eggs
  1. Use a large saucepan that will hold 12 eggs. Cover with water.
  2. Follow remaining steps 3-12 as written above.
