Instructions
  1. In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Spray a grill pan or large frying pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Or use a paper towel to grease with vegetable oil. Warm over low heat until hot (but not smoking).
  3. While warming pan, prepare hamburgers. Scoop 1/4 cup (or more if preferred) of mixture. Roll into ball and flatten to desired thickness.
  4. Placed in hot prepared pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side OR until insides are no longer red. Thin burgers cook faster than thick burgers.
  5. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm or hot.
Recipe Notes

For this recipe, I used Wright’s Liquid Smoke.  This smoked seasoning contains water and natural hickory smoke concentrate.  No preservatives.  This is a friendly mention. Not a paid endorsement.

When my gorgeous grill pan arrived awhile back,  I photographed  it in the box.  This excellent cookware provided by  Lodge Manufacturing.
