Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These small leafy green vegetables look like miniature cabbages and have a slightly sweet-nutty taste. Delicious savory side dish made with only 5 ingredients. Serves two. Easily increased to serve more. Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse frozen brussels sprouts. Pat dry with paper towels.
Cut each sprout in half. Arrange in one layer in a large ungreased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil. Stir until evenly coated.
Roast in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven. Flip over.
Roast 10 to 12 additional minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
