Homemade Coleslaw
Cabbage, carrots and yellow onions tossed in a surprisingly delicious dressing made with mayo, whole grain mustard and sweet salad cubes. Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com.

Instructions
  1. In small bowl combine mayo, whole grain mustard, sweet salad cubes and salt. Taste a sample. Add more salt if preferred.
  2. In large bowl, toss together shredded cabbage, chopped yellow onions and carrots (matchsticks).
  3. For crispy coleslaw, refrigerate dressing and veggies in separate lidded containers. Combine before serving.
  4. When ready to serve, toss together dressing and veggies in a medium-sized bowl. Serve immediately.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in a lidded container.
