  1. Thoroughly drain “chunk light tuna” before placing in a medium-sized bowl. Stir with a fork to separate chunks into small pieces.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately. Or place in lidded container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Enjoy from a bowl or slathered on your favorite toasted bread.
  4. Serving Suggestion (Optional): Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika.
