Easy French Toast

  1. Beat egg, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow dish like a pie plate. Stir in milk. Set aside.
  2. Place butter in a nonstick griddle or skillet. Melt over medium heat.
  3. Dip bread slices in milk mixture. Evenly coat both sides.
  4. Arrange bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet. Cook over medium heat until both sides are browned.
  5. Serve hot. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
