Cheese Toast

Instructions
  1. Grate black rind hoop cheddar cheese if using.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a 9″ skillet over low-medium heat.
  3. Using a spatula, soak both slices of bread in melted butter.
  4. Leave one side face down to brown over low-medium heat.
  5. Flip over. Quickly sprinkle top “toasted” sides with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. After cheese melts and bottoms are golden brown, remove “cheese toast” from skillet.
  7. Serve hot.
