Bratwurst Sausage
Grilled or fried bratwurst sausage links are a delicious main dish.  Excellent in a toasted hotdog bun or sub sandwich. Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com

Instructions
  1. Pour water into a dutch oven or medium-sized saucepan until 3/4 full of water. Bring to boil over high heat.
  2. Carefully place rinsed bratwurst sausage links into boiling hot water. Add more water if needed to cover links.
  3. Boil vigorously for THREE minutes. Drain.
  4. NOTE: Read cooking instructions printed on back of package. Make sure sausage is heated to suggested temperature when frying or grilling.
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into dutch oven or skillet. Fry evenly on all sides over low-medium heat until browned.
  6. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
