Baked Seasoned Fries
Baked Seasoned Fries are quick and easy to make.  No frying in oil.  Baked in the oven.  Crispy outside and tender inside.  Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com.

Baked Seasoned Fries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. A dark pan will produce crispy fries. A white bottomed baking dish will produce softer fries. I use a pizza pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until desired crispness.
  4. Remove fries from oven. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese OR grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Turn oven off.
  6. Return fries to HOT oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cheese will melt while oven is turned off.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. NOTE: Place leftovers in a tightly sealed container. Refrigerate. Reheat in preheated 400 degree oven. Please taste will be slightly different from fresh baked fries.
