Baked Seasoned Fries
Quick and easy to make. Fun to eat as a snack or side dish. Good any day of the week. Excellent with hamburgers, hotdogs or sandwiches. Recipe and photography by Beverly Davis for CornbreadMillionaire.com.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
For best results, decide how much you will need to avoid refrigerating leftovers. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. I used a pizza pan.
Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper as preferred.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until desired color and crispness. Flip halfway through cooking.
OPTIONAL: After flipping fries, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Continue baking.
