Easy French Toast

French toast is good for breakfast, brunch or dinner!    Excellent drizzled with honey or my Homemade Maple Pancake Syrup.  Make it a hearty meal by adding a side of  bacon or sausage.

To create this personal favorite, I made a minor adjustment to a classic recipe by McCormick Spice.    I cooked the soaked bread slices in unsalted butter.  Vanilla and cinnamon add fantastic flavor.

I like to use store bought honey wheat packaged bread for this recipe.   In the south, packaged bread is commonly referred to as loaf of bread.  It is available on the bread aisle in most grocery stores.

Enjoy!
